first day in philly

today yemi and i landed in philly to stay with ivie for the weekend. it was raining all day today so we didn’t get to have our picnic but it was still a fun day. we started at ivie’s just hanging then headed out to get lunch. we traveled by train and had to pay $2. we went to a pho restaurant. it was yemi’s first time getting pho so he was skeptical but everyone ended up enjoying the food. i got thai tea but it tasted wack. and some young muslim girl came up to me as we were eating and called me pretty! that was so nice ☺️ 

then after that we went to reading terminal market which was this indoor farmers market typa thing with all these different vendors. ivie was gonna fry fish but the stuff they were selling was pricey and we went late so half the stuff was closed up. afterwards we took the trolley back to ivie’s. 

later in the night we played some games and got hot chicken from nanu’s.
