sunday blues + new read!!

well sunday has come and gone and it is officially the start of my spring break!! honestly not much to anticipate since my friends act as if they cannot be direct to save their lives but more on that later.

church was same old same old, adults being childish nothing new. except i did debut a new fit (pleated midi skirt, brown tank top, and blue sweater) and grandma actually complemented my sweater😁😁 probably because i was dressed like a high school girl from the 60’s but whatever!!

then when i got home my book arrived. i am now starting over and reading the jasmine throne. i literally have no idea why i put this book down especially since i was HALFWAY done with it. (that isn't an exaggeration, when i opened the audible i had 7 hours left) i'm also annotating this book so that i can actually remember things that happened for my review. lowkey i think i could finish it before spring break is over if steph and geselle aren't gonna attempt to do anything this week.

i just don't get them. they say they don't have the money to hang out until after spring break is over so i suggest they come over my house and i'll cook for them and we can idk watch a movie or sumn and it's RADIO SILENCE. they act as if speaking their minds will get them struck down by lighting. at least steph was able to give me some halfway reason about not wanting to be "stagnant"(i think she thought i was suggesting we stay at my house the whole day) but geselle literally did not say a thing. i had to ask for clarification 2 days later on our way to school and she still couldn't be direct. talking bout sumn "i'm neutral on the idea"...........HOW ARE YOU NEUTRAL TO HANGING OUT????? ugh i love them but they tick me off sometimes. like every hangout does not have to include shopping and spending money

anyway i'm just hoping i can get out the house and have some fun this break.
