so today was my first day back after a lackluster spring break. i ended up not reading anymore of jasmine throne (ughh) and i never got the pho i wanted.
well first day back and my comm class has started presenting of informative speeches. i've never been so thankful to be named Osagiede cause i don't have to present till next week😁
me and geselle were supposed to hang out in the library. her class didn't end until 12.30 so i went down and started working on some assignments. i had about 7 minutes of peace before this delusional old black man sat down next me and started talking to the air. luckily i have a great poker face and was able to avoid eye contact. still i was too creeped out and had to leave. he was just so weird and at some point i could see his hand getting a bit to close to me.
then i got some groceries from fresh mart and when i got home mom told me that we had to go vote. if i had my way i wouldn't have voted for biden but i don't feel like having that argument.
then later i took ameyah to her hair appointment. all i can do is pray for that girl. she just got suspended for fighting again. and she just refuses to take responsibility for her actions. she always tries to portray herself as this passive figure who was just an unlucky bystander caught in the wind of things. saying things like "we (her and her guy friends) were just play fighting and this girl just came up and hit me in the head" and "my mom moved us again so we was gonna transfer schools anyway" ughh i just don't understand the problem. i made it through 4 years of highschool without getting into one fight so i don't know why she can't do the same.
anyway my green onion is making good progress!
